Mufti zeeshan mohammed kasimuddin, founder
Mufti Zeeshan M. Kasmiduddin was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. With the blessing of Allah, at the age of 9 he commenced the memorization of the Holy Quran in Toronto under the tutelage of the late honourable Qari Mahmood Patel. He became a Hafiz at the early age of 11. After studying at the prestigious University of Toronto, the entrenching desire to strengthen his faith took him to Hyderabad, India, where he pursued formal Islamic authorizations for 8 years. It was a rigorous curriculum covering the Arabic language, literature, Islamic jurisprudence, Tafsir of the Holy Quran, Hadith, Islamic philosophy and Aqeedah. Thereafter, he was selected for a post graduate level course in Islamic law and legal verdicts which he completed in 2 years to gain the title of a Mufti. Al-Qasim Academy is Mufti Zeeshan's tribute to his late most respected father, Mohammed Qasimuddin.

Umar was born and raised in Toronto. He is a graduate in Digital Advertising and Graphic Design from Seneca college. His creativity, expertise and ability to learn quickly makes him an indispensable member of Al-Qasim consultancy.He also excels at photography, where he freelances for both private and corporate events.
saad ashraf, director
Toronto has been Saad’s home his entire life. Unknowingly, many years ago Mufti Zeeshan attended the funeral of Saad’s late father, Quais. That day the two met, became friends and even brothers. The two attended University of Toronto, where the dream of one day having the ability to spread the deen came to their minds. He is a strong supporter of Mufti Zeeshan’s efforts and passion. Alhumdulillah, Saad has a successful career in the business world in the private sector, working for firms such at TD Bank and CIBC. He also managed and raised a record $3.06 Million for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Currently, he acts as the director of Al-Qasim Consultancy, where he manages the daily operation and provides consulting.
